Triad Pairlist

The Pairlist Email service is now available for the Triad area! For many years, the Pairlist has been the number one way for commercial real estate professionals to communicate with one another in the Triangle and Charlotte markets. Perfect for communicating your "haves" and "wants" - the Pairlist allows you to send out information to the group and receive quick responses (much faster than doing a property search or e-mail blast service through third party vendors). In addition, you get the most current information directly from brokers responding to your requests.  No more sorting through endless listings looking for the properties you need. The Pairlist makes finding what you need and advertising what you have easier than any other resource available.

How the Pairlist Works

Becoming a member of the Triad Pairlist is easy. For the 2024 inaugural year, the annual subscription fee is just $25.00 per email address (1/2 of the current subscription fee). Once your payment is received and your account is activated, you will receive a confirmation email.  You will then be able to send to all other members by addressing your email messages to triad-pairlist@gaggle.email. Communicating your commercial property "haves" and "wants" to the Triad commercial brokerage community becomes a breeze. Please note that the email address you use to subscribe to the Pairlist is the email address that you must send messages from.

Subscribing to the Triad Pairlist

Only $25.00 for the 2024 calendar year (January 1 to December 31. Note: the subscription fee is not prorated based on the date you subscribe).   

Ways to Pay:

• You may pay online: Simply click the payment button below to submit your payment details. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or Cash App Pay. (Note: PayPal is no longer accepted). During the checkout process, be sure to indicate the email address that you want to use for the Pairlist.

 

• You may mail a check to: Triangle Commercial, Inc., PO Box 16424, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 -   - Please make check payable to Triangle Commercial, Inc. Complete this subscription form and include it with your check.
